Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Velae (velae.store) and its customers.

1. Orders

Any order placed on velae.store constitutes a sales contract. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been validated. Velae reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock shortage or obvious pricing error.

2. Prices

Prices displayed are in CHF, all taxes included. Velae reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of validation.

3. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secure.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Velae cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification. Consult our refund policy for the procedure.

6. Liability

Velae cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

7. Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the seller's canton of domicile.
