Return Period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to contact us and request a return or refund.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Damaged or incomplete products cannot be refunded.
Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@velae.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Refund
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Defective Products
In case of a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and process a full refund or a free reshipment.
